Installing a new theme in Google Chrome
Follow these steps to change Chrome’s appearance.
Our web browsers are windows to the cyber world and are some of the most used software on our PC. Wouldn’t it be nice if you can transform their look to match the rest of your computer? Well, here’s how.
Instructions:
- At the top right, click
and then More Tools -> Extensions. - At the top right, enable Developer mode.
- Drag and drop the downloaded theme into Extensions page.
- Click Add theme button.

Installing a new theme in Microsoft Edge
Follow these steps to change Edge’s appearance.
Instructions:
- At the top right, click
and then Extensions -> Manage Extensions. - On the left, enable Developer mode and Allow extensions from other stores.
- Drag and drop the downloaded theme into Extensions page.
- Click Add theme button.
Restore Google Chrome's Appearance
Undo the changes you made in the instructions above.
Instructions:
- At the top right, click and then Settings.
- Under “Appearance,” click Reset to default.
Restore Microsoft Edge's Appearance
Undo the changes you made in the instructions above.
Instructions:
- At the top right, click and then Settings.
- Under “Appearance,” select the Default theme to return Edge to it’s default appearance.
